CANCEL OR TRANSFER
Please be reminded that Canvas & Grapes is not a regular paint and sip. Our shows follow the same NO REFUND cancellation policy as all our industry counterparts.
Cancellation request for public events must be made a full 24hrs or more in advanced (no exceptions).
WHY? Our events require a significant amount of planning and preparation behind the scenes. For this reason we are very clear and persistent about our cancellation policy as stated on the event page, your confirmation emails and all communications sent thereafter. A 24hr+ minimum notice for a store credit is a fair request and one that has proven to work for us for 10+ years.
If you are eligible for a store credit please fill out the form below. Our reservations team will send you a store credit code and instructions via email and text. Credits are valid for one time use and MUST be redeemed for an event occurring within 30 days from your original reservation. New reservations cannot be canceled or rescheduled a second time even within the 30 day period.
Requests must be made by the individual who purchased the ticket(s). You may not cancel for a group. If a group purchased tickets individually, each purchaser must contact us.
Emergency exceptions: If you experience an emergency the day of the event, please contact us at least 4hrs+ before the event to see if you qualify for a store credit exception. Please note that all exceptions made will be subject to a $25 processing fee per person in your reservation which will be deducted from store credit amount. We cannot waive this fee and exceptions are subject to approval from the reservations team. Reservations canceled less than 4hrs before an event cannot be exempt as we are not able to process them through our system.
TRANSFERS:
To transfer your ticket to another guest who will be attending in your place, we will need to verify your identity prior to the transfer (due to fraud prevention). Please upload a photo of your ID or provide a copy of your ID to the guest that will be attending in your place so that they may show it to us during check-in (digital is fine).
