CANCEL OR TRANSFER
Canvas & Grapes is a full-production live entertainment studio. Because our events require a significant amount of behind-the-scenes planning, talent rehearsal, and preparation, we enforce a strict No Refund Policy identical to concert, theater, and major entertainment venues.
🕒 Public Event Cancellations (24+ Hours Notice)
Cancellation requests for public events must be made a full 24 hours or more in advance. No exceptions can be made.
Store Credit: Eligible cancellations will receive a store credit code via email and text.
Expiration: Store credits are valid for one-time use and must be redeemed for an event occurring within 30 days of your original reservation.
Lock-In: New reservations booked using a store credit cannot be canceled, changed, or rescheduled a second time.
Group Rule: Requests must be made by the individual who purchased the tickets. If your group purchased tickets individually, each purchaser must submit their own request.
🚨 Day-of Emergency Exceptions (Min 4hr Notice)
If you experience an emergency on the day of your event, you must contact us at least 4 hours before showtime to apply for an emergency store credit.
Processing Fee: All approved emergency exceptions are subject to a $25 processing fee per person, which will be deducted from your total store credit amount. This fee cannot be waived.
Cutoff: Requests sent less than 4 hours before showtime cannot be processed by our system and will forfeit the ticket value. ⚠️ Please take a time stamped screenshot of your submission form.
🔄 Ticket Transfers
You can always transfer your ticket to another guest to attend in your place. To prevent fraud, we must verify the original purchaser's identity:
Provide the attending guest with a digital copy or photo of your ID.
Have them present the photo of your ID to our team during check-in.
