    Final balance: Due a full 24hrs prior to the event. Host is responsible for collecting any payments from guests.

    Final balance = Price per person (see pricing) x the number of guests (including yourself)

  • You’re welcome to offer guests food and drinks before, during, or after the event. Please note that if additional time is needed for guests to eat, an extra fee may apply, as all events must start and end at the scheduled times.

  • A 30 day notice prior to the date and time of the event is required to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund for the mobile fee. After that you would forfeit the mobile fee.

    A 14 day notice prior to the date and time of your event is required to reschedule your reservation and reuse your deposit . After that you forfeit your deposit.

    If you make a reservation within the cancellation window and need to cancel, you will forfeit your ability to obtain a refund.

    WEATHER: Our studio does not cancel events due to severe weather advisories or warnings. In the event of a state mandated closure, you will only receive a store credit for your deposit and any tickets paid unless you are still within the cancellation window as stated above.

    After that you forfeit your deposit. If you make a reservation within the cancellation window you accept and understand that you have forfeit your right to obtain a refund (no exceptions).
