FAQ's

What makes us different?

We’re a minority-owned paint-and-sip studio that’s created a MAJOR buzz throughout the tri-state area and for good reason. Since 2015, we’ve been the first and only studio in the country to fuse paint-and-sip experiences with live shows and a full karaoke concept.

From the moment you step inside, our beautifully designed lounge transports you into our world. The space evolves each year as a work of art in its own right, perfectly setting the tone for our one-of-a-kind events. And while many have tried to imitate our signature style, our experience simply can’t be duplicated just ask Google!

ticket(s) for a SOLD OUT date!

If an event is SOLD OUT we kindly ask that you sign up for the waiting list on the event page. You may also text us at (848)229-2509 and request to be notified via text as well. We cannot add seats to a sold out event and cannot accommodate spectators (non-painters) into the venue. The only way to be notified of cancellations is to enter your email in the notification section on the event page.

I don't see a date offered on your calendar?

Our public event calendars are released one month in advance, on the 1st of the previous month (Example: April’s calendar is released on March 1st).

The first week after release is typically our busiest, and many events sell out quickly. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets 2–3 weeks in advance to increase your chances of securing a spot. Please note that all of our weekend events sell out.

Private Parties Vs. Public EVENTS

Public and private events both offer the same fantastic experience. That said, public events are often more lively, as they are typically full and allow our entire production team to deliver the full show as intended. Because of this, private events have higher minimum guest requirements during peak days and times.

Both public and private events allow you to bring your own drinks and snacks. For complete details, please refer to the information provided on the corresponding event page.

Do you offer Groupon or discounts?

We understand this might be a little disappointing, but we don’t offer discounts and here’s why: after attending one of our events, you’ll see that our pricing is actually an incredible value for the full experience we provide. Each event is carefully crafted, from the work of our Artists and DJs, to choreography and setlist planning, to the entertainment, guest engagement, production, and high-quality service that make our shows unforgettable. On top of that, we pride ourselves on offering a truly one-of-a-kind experience you won’t find at any other paint-and-sip studio.

If price is a major factor, we completely understand! In that case, you might explore a more traditional paint-and-sip experience in your area, such as Pinot’s Palette, Wine & Design, Arte Vino, or similar studios.

Food and drinks.

We are a BYOB studio. Guest may snack while they are painting. Snacks are limited to individually packed light snacks (finger sandwiches, cheese, crackers, small fruit cups, cookies, cupcakes, chips and dip, etc). Drinks are allowed and cups are provided. Be sure to chill your drinks prior to attending the venue or bring ice and we will provide you ice buckets.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

(Public events only)

Due to the nature of our live production, Canvas & Grapes maintains a NO-REFUND policy. We pride ourselves in organizing and carefully curating our events well in advance to prepare our choreography, playlists, lighting, and more.

However, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a one-time-use store credit, valid towards another event occurring within 30 days of the original reservation. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@canvasandgrapes.com. We do not accept verbal cancellations via phone. Only one reschedule is permitted per ticket. A second cancellation, even within the 30-day period, will result in forfeiture of the ticket(s).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an event, or failure to show, will not be eligible for store credit or rescheduling. This policy also applies to reservations made less than 24 hours before the event start time.

We reserve the right to make exceptions in cases of extreme, unforeseen circumstances. However, a processing fee from the Ticketmaster of $25 per person in the reservation will apply.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Canvas & Grapes does not cancel events or issue credits due to weather advisories, state of emergency warnings, including floods, storms, heavy rain or snow. In the event of a state or federal mandated closure, all registered guests will be notified via email by 10PM the night before (when possible) and will receive store credit only. If for any reason you do not feel comfortable attending during inclement weather you must follow the cancellation policy above to receive a store credit.
