Canvas & Grapes is a full-production live entertainment studio. Our events require extensive planning, talent rehearsals, and preparation, so we enforce a strict no-refund policy.

🕒 Public Event Cancellations — At Least 24 Hours’ Notice

Standard cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your event.

• Store credit: Eligible cancellations receive a store credit code by email and text.

• Expiration: Store credit is valid for one-time use toward an event occurring within 30 days of your original reservation.

• Rebooking: A reservation booked with store credit cannot be canceled, changed, or rescheduled again.

• Group reservations: The original purchaser must submit the request. If your group purchased tickets separately, each purchaser must submit their own request.

🚨 Day-of Emergency Exceptions — At Least 4 Hours’ Notice

If you experience an emergency on the day of your event, submit this form at least 4 hours before showtime to request an emergency store credit. Approval is required.

• Processing fee: Approved emergency exceptions have a $25 processing fee per person, deducted from the total store credit. This fee cannot be waived.

• Cutoff: Requests submitted less than 4 hours before showtime cannot be processed, and the ticket value is forfeited.
